This is my friend Heidi.

She is a very special lady.

very strong.

very brave.

very capable.

is heidi.

today i wasn't feeling very

strong.

or brave.

or capable.

and then i saw this little reminder in Heidi.

just because your eyes are looking down doesn't mean you aren't

strong.

brave.

or capable.

in fact, it probably means quite the opposite of aren't.
